Dual boot, Linux partition formatted but not booting into Windows.
Hello Friends,
I have Vista Home edtion and Linux, I have formatted Linux partions and now that Grub is not letting me boot into Windows, Please help.
I had C:wIndows D:New Volume and rest of the space was E:
now it just says Grub Loading final stage
ERROR 17

and then stays there forever.

I had Ubuntu and it says GRUB 1.5 and currently i think i might have to clean a fresh copy of windows vista as it is not accepting the fixmbr and fixboot commands, can you help me a bit here, where do i type the fixmbr and fixboot commands.
