Why don't you first, dstreefkerk? See your distros.

W98SE is the best OS MS has ever come up with. It's recommended by many tech support. 2K is the best for business.

Definitley agree with Jetblackz there Win 98 Se is far superior to ME, whereas ME crashes 100% of the time 98 Se only crashes 95% of the time

I've never had any good experience with 98. I used to use 95osr2, and that was pretty good. All i use Windows Me for now is just to reinstall XP, since i've got a non-bootable cd. I do have to agree with you though, Windows Me is pretty crap. I used it before i started using XP, and it ran fine. I installed it on my parent's PC, and it crashes all the time. I'm going to replace it with 2000 Pro.

Excellent choice if your going to stick with MS on dual or single boot Win 2K Pro is the best out there (especially with service pack 3). Im running XP pro dual with Rh 7.2 the only reason I have XP is that I had a couple of probs with some games in Win 2K.

Hello !
This is my first post.
I had installed Linux 8.0 on my system that already contain
Win 2000 Prof
Win 2000 Adv Svr
Win 98
Now after installation win 98 is doing great.
But other to Os go slow & not showing Windows file explorer, My Computer if trying to open goes HANG.
