DSL - install without ethernet

Hi-

I am thinking of installing DSL on it's own. My laptop is old (no ethernet connection), but has a USB port which is used to connect to the hub.

The broadband provider (BT) does not provide drivers etc. for Linux.

Any ideas?

Thanks...

Depends on what sort of USB connection and which hub this is.

I know the old DSL modem type hubs, you could get it to work by using a PPP script. You probably should check what sort of connection that USB one is on the hub side.
