I don't think you need a specific driver, anyhow the one on the floppy should be for Windows, thus is useless in your case.
Just plug plug-in the USB receiver and try to use it.

If you have problems with connecting this Packard Bell C - 3UP Cordless mouse, you basically need to do the following (in this order!):
1. Press the black button under the receiver so that the LED is flashing
2. Press the grey button under the mouse.
After steps 1 and 2, the mouse should be synchronised and work perfectly.
