Hi there ganesh raorane,

if you're seeking for help please make sure you provide as much information as possible. For example, you're using CentOS 5 and what kernel version is in place?

the driver for your ethernet card is 'atl1c'. if you have the module, try to

Code:
modprobe atl1c
then execute `ifconfig -a` and tell us if you have an eth0 device. Also, the output of `dmesg` would be nice for us to look at.

I've seen problems with this card on the Internet and many of them having the issue needed to have >=2.6.38 kernel version.

Hope that helps,

cheers
