Dreamlinux Dreamlinux 1.0 STUDIO Edition
Is the above not available anymore? I have an old laptop, Dell Latitude CDPi, 366 MHz, 128 MB RAM with only a 6 GB hard-drive; therefore, I was reading a review on the Dreamlinux and would like to have it or a similar Linux OS to replace the current Windows OS currently installed in my laptop. I have successfully installed Win XP Pro, but as you all know, the OS is just a might too much for the CPU etc. I am a newbie, not only with the whole Linux distributions, pc lingo etc, but I have only started computing for the last 2 years. Feedback would be much appreciated, thank you(s).:study:

If you search long enough, you'd find Dreamlinux, but as I stated,
"or a similar Linux OS", and I am putting several through a trial run, before deciding on the one I like. I also have a desktop pc, but as mentioned, I want to learn more the nasty OS that Linux has to offer etc for my laptop. Comprendre?

What's wrong with Dreamlinux 2.2? By all means it will work nice albeit without the jazz and effects plus it is multimedia enabled out of the box. Its one of the best plug n play Linux IMHO.
