Download File with no Web Browser (i.e. from cmd line)
How do I download a file from the web using the console? I have no working xwindows environment (and hence no web browser), but I need to update java.
The url is the width of 5 console screens btw :|
[EDIT]
NM:
wget
You would think this would show up more readily with a google search, but it took me a while to find it.

There's also cURL (though I've never used it myself). FWIW, there are also web browsers you can use in a terminal, namely lynx and links.

I figured that, but I hope I will never be compelled to use them Then again... I can see how they might come in handy now and then. Thanks for the intel.
