Sounds like you shouldn't be downloading it at all if you need to ask. If you're just getting into linux, get CentOS instead. It's 100% compatible with RedHat EL but doesn't cost anything to use and update, and will be a MUCH better epxerience outside of a paid support scenario. http://www.centos.org

Did you try the very obvious thing, and GO TO RED HAT'S WEBSITE???? If you found this site with a Google search, you can also find RHEL, can't you? And unless you're planning on PAYING FOR RHEL, then don't use it, and use CentOS, as acid_kewpie suggested.

There is no legitmate reason to get Redhat EL from a third party. The ISO's are freely available from Redhat, and all the previous advice stands.
