Question Downgrade ximian connector suse 9.3

i would like to know how to downgrade my ximian connector for evolution. the exchange portion on the new connector is not as realtime and the 2.0 version. i downloaded the 2.0.4 version but when i try to install it, i get this error message "checking Evolution version... configure: error: Evolution development libraries not installed" any ideas
