Dont Know How To Network Ps3 To Internet

Hello I Am New To Linux I Have Just Installed It Onto My Ps3 And Am Having Real Trouble Getting Onto The Internet I Am Using A Belkin 54g Wireless Router F5d7230 And Am Getting Nowhere Fast I Would Like To Network It To My Pc Running On Xp Can Anyone

Any more information? What Distro? Do you have DHCP enabled on your Belkin 54g? If not do you have static networking info such as the IP address, netmask, Default Gateway, Network Address and broadcast. You'll need to enter this ip addressing info onto the PS3 or have it obtained dynamically via DHCP.

Are you connecting to your router wirelessly or via wired Ethernet? If you run ifconfig -a what is the output?

i am connected to my router wirelessly on my ps3 but cant get it connected on linux only seems to be ethernet on it.
