Does LiNuX have a music making program?


im looking around and have not found an appropriate thread in which to post this. But does linux have music making software yet, along the lines of a Cubase, Fruity Loops, etc? it is the only thing im missing since my switch to a penguin central lifestyle. thanks in advance

Also look at Rosegarden, a midi sequencer which also has some nice features for editing sheet music unavailable in other midi sequencers (like Cubase).
