Does installing GRUB to 2nd SSD does harm to Windows bootloader?


I mean when i get rid of the 2nd SSD. Can i boot to windows normally?

theoretically yes. That should work.

If windows in on the first (or another) drive and that drive and windows is set to first boot priority in the BIOS firmware.
