Do we need to burn both the images that we get after downloading Centos 6.3 64 bits?

I recently downloaded centos 6.3 (64 bits) iso. After the download was over i got 2 images as DVD1(3.99 GB) and DVD2(1.43 GB).

Now i'm confused as to how can i burn this into a DVD or is it ok if i just burn the first image?

Is the DVD2 mandatory as well?

Thanks...

As far as I remember with CentOS you should burn all CDs/DVDs because you will be asked to insert one after another as the installation goes on.

Burn each to a separate DVD, although its rare to be asked to use the 2nd one on a normal install.
Also, once you've got the install done, you can get the rest from the repos on the internet (assuming you have a cxn).
