Unhappy DNS configuratons on Debian.

I had Installed and configured a DNS on Debian wheezy, and configured a public static Ip, created zone. and checked with named-checkconf -z and named-checkzone. and it's working Ok. But still it's not resolving name over the internet..Help me.

I checked alot and didn't understand what i left.

No, It's not behind any router or firewall, I had edited in /etc/resolv.conf. and It resolved on itself. but not Outside ..

Please help me.
