Distros with no kernel graphics

What distributions, if any, have not gone to kernel graphics and are unlikely to soon?

I dont think its distro specific. Support for framebuffer boot graphics is included in the boot managers and the kernel itself.
You can turn it off tho.
In lilo just edit the /etc/lilo.conf file and comment out the bitmap line and include "video=640x480" as part of the append statement for the kernel image you are booting. I dont have as much experience with grub, but im sure it has similar options.

EDIT: also add "nosplash" to the append line.
