Distro to run VMware 4.0.5
 
I'm a newbie who just acquired VMware 4.0.5 for Linux and I would like to know what would be the best linux distro to run it. I have RedHat 9 installed but I figured it might be better to switch to something current before I install VMware.

I have a 1 Ghz Athlon processor if that makes a difference. RedHat 9 seems to run fine right now but I figured I might as wel switch to something that is still being developed. Thanks.

If you have the linux version then you should be able to run it on any distro that you want. Try slackware if you want speed. My advise is to stick to what you have.
