distro modd

Hi all!
can anyone help out?
We have a dedicated server that store a php application inside with a mySQL database, plus Solr and TomCat. Can I add our application into a customized linux distribution?
I don't want to have my own Linux Distribution, I just want to save the trouble of having to setup new server again and again in several places which don't have internet connection. Our application runs on internet, and we need to build local servers to be placed in places without internet connection so they can broadcast locally.
So what I mean is out of the box, after the Linux installation finished, the machine can run as one of our server.

Is this possible? Can anyone please give a hint? I need every help I can get here....

Thanks for your efforts.

Regards

YoChan.
