Display Resolution changes when using KVM on Ubuntu 16.10 after switching to another computer

I use a 4 channel KVM for 4 computers.

After Upgrading to 16.10 from 16.04, the display resolution changes on ALL Ubuntu 16.10 machines from the native 1680x1050 (16:10) to 1024x768 (4:3) any time I switch from from one machine to another.

After I switch back to, lets call it machine "A" I have to go into settings. As soon as I hit settings, the resolution returns to to the correct resolution.

If I try and remote into a 16.10 machine with the incorrect 1024x768 resolution from any remote desktop application, (I use Teamviewer) It will not connect until I actually going into, lets say again, machine "A" and change the resolution back to 1680x1050.

This has not been an issue in earlier versions, and in my opinion, it is a coding error.

Has anyone else encountered this?
