Display Off Left Edge of Screen on HD TV

This isn't really a Linux Specific issue, and I feel kinda stupid posting it as the solution was so obvious, in retrospect.

But, I really couldn't find the solution on-line...

So, here it is...

My son swapped out my Hauppage TV Tuner card and installed a Radeon 9250 Tuner Card trying to get better YouTube Video Playback. (Didn't work)

But, the boot screen was about 1/3 off the left edge of the screen! Which made it real hard to run setup.

When installing or booting Linux same problem. I couldn't even see the memory test selection!

Our HD TV is a Visio VL-42...

It seems that in the HD TV Menu System that when running RGB (The VGA Input) that the set has *several* memory locations for Horizontal Position... Especially at the 640x480 resolution that the initial boot screens are at.

In my case there were three different adjustments of Horzontal Position required before all boot screens were fully legible.

And, here I thought it was the Radeon's Fault (Not that ATI/AMD doesn't have enough to answer for! :)
