Hello
I was able to install DEEPIN as hard as I could
Now my problem is its Display
I want to set it at 1280 * 1024
My Graphics Card AMD (4200)
My deepin has display 1024X780
It display is not ok for mee
I want to be set resolution 1280X1024
Please help me
Code:
udo xrandr -s 1280x1024
[sudo] password for saeeddeeas:
Size 1280x1024 not found in available modes
I've already been able to fix this by running xrandr --addmode DISPLAY 1280x1024 before trying to change the resolution. Where DISPLAY is the name of your display(HDMI-0,VGA-0,LVDS)
Note sometimes the resolution you add is not supported by the monitor and can create problems.

You need to change DISPLAY to the name of your display. Run just xrandr to see what you're display/monitor's name is.
After adding the mode via command line you should be able to set to that resolution from system settings.
what comment ?
Please help I new linux user
Code:
xrandr
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1024 x 768, maximum 8192 x 8192
VGA-0 connected primary 1024x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 0mm x 0mm
1024x768 60.00*
800x600 60.32 56.25
848x480 60.00
640x480 59.94
DisplayPort-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
Looks like the mode doesn't exist yet you'll have to add it with the xrandr --newmode option use xrandr --help for more help and here is a tutorial on how to add a newmode http://www.arunviswanathan.com/node/53
