disk space allowance?

I have a linux server running on Redhat 7.3 and I'm trying to figure out how to set the drive space allowances for users? I also can't figure out how to find out how much space is on the drive.

Any help is appreciated

Also, to see how much space is allocated and used by partitins use 'df' command.
