Disk error 16 (solution is possible i've seen but lost)

Right hello people.

I got DVD Room drive I got fedora 5 on a dvd disc

when i start to install from the main screen i get

Isolinux: Disk error 16 ax = 4222

summit like that

anyway i think the problem was it wasnt reading the image from the dvd correctly and i beleive it was either, Robert, or Oli? they solved someone elses problem by changing summit

like vmlinuz /bin/isolinux/img.img

oh i really dont know what it is however i'll be very happy if you can solve me problem. again :P

lol thanks alot i'll save it to file next time
