Disable run application(alt-f2) history in mate.
 

In my dconf editor under org/mate/panel/general there is a value called history-mate-run that contains all of the history. If I reset this the history is cleared. How can I make it not record history at all?

I don't know why you want to do this, and I don't know if history-mate-run is some special history program, but I found one suggestion to disable history which I assume is where mate gets it's history from.
