dis is my 1st day using linux.

hi, i'm new here. wirh ubuntu 7.1
how do i use messenger in linux? eg: msn, skype, trillian, etc...?
and i'm more to graphics and sounds. any suggestion for me cause i'm real noob in linux.thx, and sorry if i made junk message.

Try Pidgin, it is basically like Trillian for Linux. Skype is available for Linux too.

pidgin is a good program, I used it when I was using windows in my home computer, and at work where I actually have to use windows, you can connect to the most popular irc protocols like msn, yahoo, aol, gmail, and others simultaneously.

The only problem with your post is your bad spelling, ignorance of the shift key (it makes CAPITALS ), and punctuation .
Attention to detail, using standard spelling, and writing informative posts is generally appreciated here.
