Thats the thing.... its not a link. I Downloaded the .iso file from Linux. I cracked it open with PowerISO and clicked the .EXE Install file. *wubi.exe Is there another way to install this via VM without the disk?

I just tried to mount it to my E drive, and it had all the same files and .exe installation.... We will see what it says...

Jeezzz... i've been up all night trying to get this straightened up... just looked at my clock... its 4 AM here...

It looks like its installing when i mounted it to my e drive * cd drive... I think im going to hit the hay, and will let you know about what happened in the morning... i have to get up in 4 hours....

Bryan

Wink

Yea... So the OS is working, kinda. I am typing this on Firefox on Linux only to have it tell me that the drive that i am running it on is and i quote " Disk Failure is Imminent." I believe the original problem was that I had not deleted the old folder which u pointed out, but also that i was just running the .exe from poweriso and not as a mounted drive. Once i mounted it, it worked just fine! Thanks for the help leopard!

Bryan

* Things to do tomorrow, Go to best buy and not buy a fail drive...:P
