I have noticed at every boot up I get several lines of messages stating ,"error communicating with TPM chip".

I'm looking into it now and will follow the procedure outlined regarding BIOS device security and hope that'll correct that anyhow.

I also have multiple lines of error stating error communicating with TPM chip. Went into BIOS to try and change TPM setting but because my M93p is now 10 years old, my guess is that the TPM settings do not exist there.

Are TPM errors important to change? Do I somehow update BIOS? Is it there but I just haven't found it? Does it somehow affect memory?

1John2:22-23,

Your BIOS possibly has Lenovo's TCG as opposed to TPM.

Go into BIOS > Security tab > select TCG Feature Setup.

Change the “Clear TCG Security Feature” to Yes [Y].

Alternatively, set “Security chip” to Disabled.

Press F10 > Save & Exit.

You might be retiring by the time "it all works like you hope" and your home PC is also an android TV dual boot

You have a 30 year horizon, let's say. And you cannot do it all over?

Think of the time management problem a little.

There is a FACT that many (let's say big tech) elements are getting GOVERNMENT FUNDS (non-profit grants), and they tend to "mess things up" so that they are always "in charge of it all".

(so - you look and ubuntu and should think: i get allot working on release 1, and release 2 it will all be broken i'll have to do it all again, and i'll have to buy new hardware prolly)
