desktop tutorials for gutsy


hi. i am new to linux and have gutsy installed.but my desire is to learn the intricate finer details of gutsy.so i need desktop tutorials,descriptions in detail about the menus,keyring,administration,repositories and stuff...any site to help me is requested...
