How are you trying to install these applications? If you install packages using YAST, then all dependencies should be automatically resolved.

You should really try and use the built in package managers. The tools you can use are YAST (YAST -> Software) or the command line tool zypper. Using rpm on its own means that you have to resolve all dependencies manually whereas tools like YAST, zypper etc automatically resolve dependencies. As for compiling from source, you probably need to install the development (devel) versions of the packages listed as "missing".

and what is yast also shows dependency errror because mostly it shows and from where can i get dlevel versions of packages.

YAST is the system administration tool and it has a package management section. YAST will search on your installation discs and online software repositories (if you have setup any) for any missing dependencies and resolve them for you. There is usually no need to download individual rpms since the online software repositories contain quite a lot of software. Development packages are part of the Suse distro so they can be installed using YAST as well. If you still have problems installing stuff, then post back with a specific problem and we can help you work through.
