The Geforce will work with nv driver out of the box, but if you want to have full acceleration, you'll have to use nvidia proprietary drivers, which are easy to find and install because nvidia provides good linux drivers, although for some dumb reasons they keep it closed source.
The wireless pci card is more problematic. Some work very well, some don't. If you have a wireless card with atheros chipset, no problem. 108Mbps looks like atheros, but check the driver in windows. If it's called something like atxxx, it is an atheros card and everything's perfect. Otherwise please tell me what driver it is and I can say if it works in linux.

update :
acording to this link :
http://www.packetpro.com/~peterson/l...g311t_pci.html
the netgear WG311T is indeed an atheros card. The madwifi drivers will do just fine.
