Deletion of root directory by error

I have entered the following commands by error and the system has crashed

rm -rf /Cache1 /Cache2 /

Actually /Cache1 and /Cache2 were the two partitions created at the time of installation and / was given by error in the above command.

No command e.g ls, cp etc is not working.

please help me.

The only thing I can think of is to mount the HD in another computer as read-only, then use software to recover as many files as you can. Obviously you may need yet another HD for that job. If you have a system backup, the quickest thing to do is reinstall the system and restore from backup.
