Delayed mouse movement in Citrix - Ubuntu 8.10 - Xen v10

Hey guys, I've tried Linux 3 or 4 times in the past but I always bailed because I couldn't get work done. I'm kind of at one of these points again. I've been able to install and use the Xen 10 web client with Firefox but the mouse activity is delayed. Whenever I move the mouse to a certain spot it take 3 or 4 seconds for the session to respond with the cosponsoring movement, very annoying. Typing seems fine.

The same thing happens when I fire up my XP vm.

Any advice would get great. Thanks!
