Question defrgging linux os

How do you defrag linux operating system ? Iwant to make sure I don't have a virus, because my system is starting to slow down even when it is booting up/

You don't. There are no defrag tools for Linux, because they're not needed. But what would defragging do for a virus? FWIW, there are no known viruses in the wild that affect Linux systems.
