Debian vi color


I have installed Debian and the vi have no color.

Hi Breeze, I don't clearly get what you mean. If however you mean that you do not get any colour in your vi editor, you should change the preferences in your terminal window. I'm not writing any more, because I may have got you wrong.

Do you mean that you do not get colored-coded text, as one color for hyperlinks, other colors for types of items, and so on?

Just go to Edit>profile preferences in your terminal and change the colours as you wish them. Since the vi editor uses your terminal for display, it will use whatever colour combination you set there.
