Debian stcuk at startup Set Hostname

Hello !
I have a dell PowerEdge r620 2x E5-2680 v2, 128Gb RAM,
a 220GB SSD where my debian/proxmox are installed
1to nvme on pci port: Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB

network card: BCM57800

raid card: PERC H710P Mini

Basically in kernel 5.10 or 5.4 my debian start perfectly.
but from kernel 5.15 or more (same for kernel 6.2) it freezes at startup, I leave them all night to be sure.

I have searched hard and I can't find a way to fix the problem :/

What is the problem?
Are you using/installing a debian image into a proxmox guest, or onto the host?
If so: Which image are you using?

Are you following some steps or instructions, and if so can you provide a link?

Are you seeing any error messages or log error entries?

We cannot tell from what you have provided what you have done, or what exactly you are seeing. More detail about how you GOT here and what is happening (or refusing to happen) may help.

Try booting to a Live CD/USB of something, then mounting whichever partition (probably /) that contains /var/log, and looking at the log files, particularly /var/log/boot and /var/log/messages (or perhaps /var/log/system or syslog).

They may provide some clues as to what's going wrong.

The debian is already installed on the host, I did not find any error in the logs

How do you know that if you did not boot from external media, and a boot from the install freezes?
Please explain what you are doing? Are you booting to kernel 5.10?

What freezes exactly? Is it the kernel, or just the GUI? Can you drop to a terminal session (alt-F3 for example) and log in to examine files and state?
