Debian seeing NTFS drives

I want to replace my current W2k server with a Debian 2.2.20 install. The W2k hardware config is as follows:
C:\ 4G NTFS - hda
D:\ CD-Rom - hdc
E:\ 30G NTFS - hdb
F:\ 82G NTFS - hdd
G:\ 180G NTFS - Off a Ultra ATA controller card

My question is, if I install Linux with Samba on the first device (C:\) will I be able to see the other 3 NTFS devices. Also, will Windows machines & Linux boxes from my local network be able to access the data on these devices.

I really want to move away from M$ and migrate over to Linux completely. I figure if I can change my server over that will be a good start.

You will still be able to access your NTFS partitions, but they will be read-only. If you are going to be replacing W2K with Linux, you should use a native fs instead (ext3/reiserfs). There is no point in keeping it NTFS if you aren't going to be able to write to it.
