Debian Packages that can convert PDF's to OOo format

Is there a Debian package that allows extracting a PDF to Open-office or other plain text formats?

I have a PDF manual I downloaded for my Combo Telephone / Clock radio and the text is so small my printer can't print anything readable.

Would prefer being able to convert the file in full to OOo so I could upsize the text to something readable to other than a ant.

AFAIK, OO.o can open and edit PDFs, so once you've done that you should be able to save it in any format you need.

kpdf will allow you to select text and copy it to the clipboard.
It can then be pasted into OO. You will lose formatting, but otherwise, it works.

There's also pdf2html and pdf2txt but I haven't used them.
