I wanted to install a few new programs and was told I had to add some new sources to my list, which I did.
After doing so I ran apt-get update, upgrade, dist-upgrade etc and now my KDE menu is empty :-(
Can anyone help me fix?
First of all, dist-upgrade is NOT more softwares, but distribution upgrade. You didn't need to do that. I think you're missing correct paths. Try updating database first
