debian bootloader

i have just installed debian along with win98 but i can't boot windows . My goal is to install a bootloader so that i can choose wich OS to boot . i have installed mandrake and redhat before and they both had more than one bootloader . debian for some reason don'thave any , that i know of . could someone help me on this ? PEACE BE ONTO YOU >>><<<<

PS: ihave just discovered Windowmaker and enligthement and found them really great . could i connect myself to the internet with them? how? when i installed debian i chose, from a zillion programs , those i found were necessary to the configuration of my conection but it doesn't seem to work .
PS2:i asked during the installation to install gnome but i don't see it when get to the workspaces. again can you help ? thank you in advance.
