Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. You have posted a fairly vague question, provided ZERO details about your system, problem, what you're trying to do, etc. We cannot guess; provide details and ask a clear question, and we can try to help.
Also, we are not on your 'team'...we volunteer our time here to help folks.
Welcome to the forums. Please do refer to the links in TB0ne's signature named "Question Guidelines" and "How to Ask a Smart Question", these are LQ forum links made available to everyone to help you to ask an effective question to help you work towards a solution.
Your question as posed, is not something any members can help you with because they'll have no idea what system you are using, what the circumstances are for this problem, and other details which are described in those guideline links.
