dd | rar

i cloned my hda3: 'sudo dd if=/dev/hda3 | rar a -si -m1 win.rar'

now i want to restore hda3:
'rar p win.rar | sudo dd of=/dev/hda3'
or 'sudo rar p win.rar > /dev/hda3'

they just tell me there's no space left.

help me please.

Are you sure you have enough space? Please post the output of df command.

i'm sure i have enough space.

the problem is 'rar'. when unrar to output, it includes the info (RAR 3.51 Copyright (c) 1993-2005 Alexander Roshal ........), so i cut it off and there's no error.
