This is custom software, you had someone create this for you and as you say, they are no longer available. You'll have to hire another person or contractor to do new work for you. Members of LQ cannot answer questions about custom software they know nothing about, and do not have the source code for. Added explanations on your part or attempting to post the source code is not likely anything which will help you here. I'd recommend you seek someone paid to assist you with your needs. LQ is a forum of volunteers, and you also do not wish to attempt to resolve this type of problem over the internet, you will wish someone to be on site or directly in contact with you regarding your problem and working through all your questions.

I have reset the root pwd as in the article and logged in . Still I dont know how to copy ( take ) all files includes the db.This is the first time Im using LinuX.
I can see only command prompt view only, Is there any option to change to graphical view ?
LQ, Can you please advice me that how can I proceed in this situation ?

You'll have to work with this new developer, and if they are a capable developer then they can guide you in how to get the files for them, or visit with you and be able to attempt to recover those files from the system.
I second the recommendation for you to change your username from your email.
For the more experienced LQ members, I'm rather disappointed that people continue with the arguing back and forth as opposed to choosing instead to ignore once they have seen that the OP is not updating their question effectively.

meanwhile can you please me that how to recover the user name and password ?

Mostly...you dont. But, no dispair, the good folks at the CentOS WIKI seem to have a way out...
Not tried it, as I have not user RH based systems in a zillion years
In a case like this, however, I'd ditch the OS after taking the important stuff (ht edata, what it's all about) to a safe spot...and re sinstall.
But..I do have that luxury, I dont know if you have that too, though...
