data DVD plays on blue ray but not computer

I burned a data DVD filled with mp3's, the mp3's play on my blue ray dvd player, but my computer will not accept them, the other dvd's I burned with mp3's I have no problem at all.

Sorry but you give far too little information for us to be able to help you.
1. Did you successfully mount your DVD with the mp3's?
2. If yes, then how exactly did you try to play your MP3's? What actions did you take? and how did your system react to those actions?

some dvd's get mounted fine but others just spin endlessy in the computer, all the DVD's play on a Toshiba blue ray dvd player the ones that the computer can't read and the other ones that the computer can mount.

Upon putting one of the bad dvd's in a laptop I get the error message,

Error mounting: mount: block device /dev/sr0 is write-protected, mounting read-only
mount: /dev/sr0: can't read superblock
