How to turn off the wallpaper clock? at least seconds?

Menu, desktop, desktop setting, fbpanel configuration.

it has nothing to do with fbpanel (seems that fbpanel is not even installed with DSL)
perhaps I wasn't clear, needed to turn off 'cpu usage, uptime in seconds'..
