cyrus imap, user adding problem? SquirrelMail

hi friend.. i have installed postfix and imap and needed programs for SquirrelMail than i run it.. it doesnt give any error message but i cant add user for mail.. i read manual pages for imap.. it says add to user to mail group it ll be user pass for webmail too.. but i didnt work.. so.. how can i setup imap? .. is there any body to help me please..? if u interest about it.. i ll be very happy..
