Hi

My PC has the Windows 10 OS.

Wanting to tryout the GNUCOBOL.
Said that I need to have CygWin installed first.
Downloaded and ran the setup.exe in Windows (not the Command screen).

Below is the Setup.log I found.

What do I do next ?
