Customizing icons

I downloaded an Icon set from kde-look, but the problem is that I don't know how to use it . Anyway, kde-look tells me to install it as a theme, but there is no theme file in the icon package.

Can anyone please help out? Thanks in advance.

For the icon sets, you don't have to unpack them, under the icon selection in KDE>LookNFeel, click on install new theme, then simply browse to the file you downloaded, kde will install them for you then select them in the 'above' window (the icon theme window)

While we're on this subject, doem anyone know how to "pick-n-choose" icons to create my own custom theme?
