Conpen2000 LQ Newbie Registered: Jan 2004 Location: Vail and Denver, CO Distribution: Fedora Core 2 (Home) / RH9 (Server) Posts: 28 Rep:	CUPS, and AppleTalk printers on Slack 9.1 Once again, I succumb to the power of my n00b-ness. I need to print to my Xante Accel-a-Writer 3G. It works fine, and I can print to it from my Mac, but when I input the IP adress into CUPS, it times out and cant find the printer. Also, I am totally new to CUPS. The printer has LPR enabled, as well as LocalTalk and EtherTalk. It also has a Novell Print Server name, but to my recollection Novell a different system. So, I hope someone can help me here. Thanks in advance.
