ctrl+` not working for switching windows of current application

I'm a total linux noob. I'm using ubuntu 12.04. I've been messing around with combiz today and now my ctrl+` isn't working which by default should switch windows for current application. Could someone tell me how to get it working again?

If you press the super key in ubuntu 12.04 it'll show up in the list of keyboard shortcut keys.
