How do I use Crossover Pro to allow me to run Paltalk (a windows program)???
Is this even possible??

You can try to install "unsupported" software with crossover. I don't have crossover on the PC I'm currently using, but If I remember well, from the "install new program" you have a button "install unsupported software". Then click on "browse" and select the install.exe or setup.exe whatever you click on to install it from windows.
I've been trying to install few unsupported soft with cxoffice, and I got some working nicely when other never worked.
If it doesn't work, right click on your program's icon in the cxoffice menu and click on properties to copy the full command used by cxoffice to launch the program. Then try launching it from a terminal, see what are the error messages. Once I had a program not working because it couldn't find the dll, (it had dll in a unusal folder) so I added this folder in the PATH variable and made it work. So even if the cxinstall isn't successfull you still have a chance.
I'd say it's worth giving it a try.
