cross platform anti virus
 

Hi,

My current server and clients are all windows but I am planning to change the server ONLY to linux so clients will remain using Windows.

What's the best solution to have an anti virus which will protect my server as well as my clients?

I believe antiviruses that run on Linux like ClamAV or Kaspersky already scan for Windows viruses. perhaps you should (carefully) configure filesharing, so that server can scan clients.

also tools that scan network activity and create honeypots could be helpful (but require time/knowledge)
